The Nursing Care website does not automatically collect any type of personal information from users who are not registered, allowing visitors to browse anonymously. III – Types of Personal Data Collected, Purposes and Processing
Within the scope of its activities, Nursing Care collects and processes personal data necessary for order management, customer communication, handling of information requests and complaints, statistical analysis, as well as for direct marketing purposes.
The data processed include: name, addresses, country, telephone number, tax identification number, email address, date of birth and various personal interests.
The personal data collected are processed by automated or non-automated means, in strict compliance with the GDPR, and stored in a specific database created for this purpose. Their security and confidentiality are guaranteed through appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, unauthorised access or any other form of unlawful processing.
By filling in any of the forms available on our website for the above purposes, it is understood that the user gives conscious, express and unequivocal consent for the activation, use and subsequent processing of the personal data provided.

V – Data Retention Period
The retention period of personal data varies according to the purpose for which the information is processed and in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
In the absence of a specific legal requirement, data will be stored only for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated their collection or subsequent processing, after which they will be deleted.
The data subject may, at any time, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, exercise their right to have their data erased from Nursing Care’s database by sending a request to info@nursingcare.pt.
VI – Access, Updating, Rectification, Objection, Limitation, Deletion and Portability of Personal Data
