- Machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water (max. 30°C), securing the garment in the bag.

- Use neutral soap, avoiding bleach, whiteners, or fabric softeners to prevent damage to the microfiber.

- Do not twist or spin to preserve the anatomical shape and ergonomic design.

- Dry naturally in the shade, in a well-ventilated area; do not use a dryer, radiator, or direct sunlight to avoid deformation or drying out.

- Store in a clean, dry place to maintain freshness, performance, and comfort for longer.
