Its design combines resistance and flexibility, without inhibiting the natural movements of the foot muscles, promoting their strengthening.

- Dry in the shade, in a well-ventilated place; do not use a dryer, microwave, or radiator to avoid deforming the insole.

- Gentle deodorization: if necessary, sprinkle a little baking soda and let it sit for a few hours, then remove with a soft brush.

- Store in a clean, dry place, avoiding excessive humidity and heat to maintain durability and hygiene.
